Shipping policy

 

We offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING with all orders over $150 US.

We will also upgrade every order over $50 US to EXPRESS SHIPPING free of charge. Just select Standard Shipping at the checkout, and we will upgrade it automatically. 

We deliver worldwide and strive to ship all orders within 1 business day. Business days exclude Saturday and Sunday and Indonesian public holidays. Orders placed on those days will be processed on the next business day.

For DOMESTIC shipping within Indonesia, we use JNE service, and delivery takes 1-3 business days.

For INTERNATIONAL shipping, we offer standard and express shipping worldwide.



Standard service is processed by Pos Indonesia Standard shipping. For Southeast Asia and Australia delivery generally takes 5 - 10 business days and for other International locations 7 - 21 business days. 
 
Express service is processed by DHL Express Shipping. For Southeast Asia, Australia and the USA delivery generally takes 2 - 3 business days, and for other International locations 2 - 4 business days.

Please be advised that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your respective customs office for further information about duties and taxes for your country.
 


Customs clearance varies from country to country and may affect estimated delivery times (in our experience, items shipped with standard shipping get held with customs more often).
 

Please do not use a PO BOX/APO/FPO as our shipping providers do not deliver to these addresses or they charge additional fees.
